Question on leveraged trading. submitted by /u/bradleyironrod

Might seem stupid to some. And this may enrage others who’s minds work like mine does but. When trading margin and using high leverage let’s say 50x. What’s a responsible amount of a position to open? now I realize this number could vary greatly based on which token you’re trading and which exchange and the volumes on said exchange. But if my reasoning is correct, if someone opened a position on a medium, even large cap coin, in the thousands at 50x. You could potentially suppress the market on that coin. by causing or to be over bought (I guess that would be the reason price may surpress , I’m completely self taught and I’d say obsessed would be a fair description of how I feel about the whole crypto world. I can’t get enough info in my head but themes plenty I don’t know abd I’m sure this post makes me seem a total knob). Anyway…..Done on purpose this sounds like the definition of manipulation and if what I’m describing is possible it should be dealt with harshly as if someone did that to me, or artificially stopped the run of a coin I’d been awaiting on for 6 months to pop I would do almost anything to get an apology at least from the culprit. But that’s whatever. I’ve been wondering this for a while. Someone has got to have a good answer to the and I hope didn’t just give anyone an idea
