Crypto exchanges to buy from with lowest or no fee at all

Hello, I want to buy USDT with little to no fee. I found some exchanges that support EUR fiat deposits via SEPA transfers with no fees and found other exchanges that only charges 1.8% when process your EUR debit card when you buy EUR (fiat deposits too)

I know some like crypto.com and cryptology or binance, but they take fee when I try to buy with fiat USDT like binance spot for example, so are there any exchanges that do not have fees when you deposit fiat and when you buy USDT? (by convert or spot market)
